We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, booking and attendance details, celebration or seating notes, dietary and allergy information you choose to provide, mailing-list preferences, and limited technical information needed to run and protect the website.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
How we use it
We use information to take and manage bookings, process payments and refunds, contact you about your booking, respond to enquiries, accommodate dietary requirements, protect our services from misuse, and send marketing only where you have asked to receive it.
If you provide allergy or dietary information, you ask us to use it only to help accommodate your booking and to share it with the relevant catering team where necessary.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to run our services, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for booking data, Netlify for website hosting, Resend for transactional emails, EmailOctopus for the mailing list, and Google Maps on our contact page. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
How long we keep information
We normally retain booking and payment records for up to seven years for accounting and legal purposes. Mailing-list details are retained until you unsubscribe. Waiting-list requests are deleted or anonymised within six months after the relevant event, unless we need to retain them for a legitimate business or legal reason.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
